Another blessed day, another project—this time wit Another blessed day, another project—this time with a little twist… working in the snow! ❄️

Today’s lineup: a tailgate ladder, an additional speaker for the Baofeng radio, and a few other goodies to keep things exciting. The @firecan is already going because, let’s be real, my hands weren’t ready for this kind of cold!

But hey, no complaints here—just grateful for another day to build, create, and keep making things better. There’s something special about working on projects, especially when they’re part of the bigger adventure.

Let’s get to it! What’s on your project list today? #BlessedToBuild #GarageLife #OffroadMods #JeepProjects #WinterWrenching”

Staying connected while off the grid is a game-cha Staying connected while off the grid is a game-changer, especially when we’re deep in the trails or camping in remote areas. That’s why I put together this Starlink setup—built for flexibility, durability, and easy deployment no matter which Jeep we take out.

I decided to mount the Starlink outside because the Gladiator’s roof is just too thick for a good signal. But instead of a permanent mount, I made it portable, so we can move it to whichever Jeep we’re using. Plus, when we set up camp in areas with a lot of obstructions, we can relocate it away from the rig for the best reception.

The real MVPs of this setup? The mini magnets—each one with a 150lb pull. No matter how rough the terrain gets or how fast I’m driving, this thing isn’t going anywhere. The base itself is a custom 3D-printed design from @jazzhavingfun, covered in clear acrylic. Since Starlink is already waterproof, I left the bottom open to allow airflow and prevent overheating.

This setup gives us the best of both worlds—reliable internet in the wild without compromising mobility. Whether it’s for maps, weather updates, or even just sharing our adventures in real-time, it’s a must-have for our off-grid lifestyle.

What do you think? If this were yours, would you do anything differently? Always open to ideas! #StarlinkOnTheGo #OffGridInternet #OverlandLife #JeepGladiator #BuiltForAdventure”
“It makes me so proud to see @mitchika08 not only “It makes me so proud to see @mitchika08 not only keeping up with us on tough trails but thriving in the process. Watching her tackle challenges that once seemed overwhelming has been inspiring. Through these adventures, she’s building a kind of strength that can’t be taught—staying calm when everything feels like it’s falling apart, staying focused, and believing in herself and her abilities.

It’s not something that happens overnight, but every obstacle she overcomes adds to her confidence and resilience. And that’s the beauty of it—growth comes in small, powerful steps.

I’m beyond grateful to provide these experiences for her and the kids, to create opportunities where they can not only have fun but also learn valuable lessons. Supporting Michelle in what she enjoys and seeing her push herself brings me so much joy. It reminds me that life is about more than just the destination—it’s about the people you grow with, the memories you create, and the strength you build along the way.

Here’s to more trails, more growth, and more moments that make us stronger together. ❤️ #GratefulHeart #FamilyAdventures #LessonsOnTheTrail #StrongerTogether #OffroadLife”

It’s not about where we’re going or what’s playing in the background—it’s the people you share it with that make the journey unforgettable. Here’s to more adventures, more music, and more moments that remind us why the ride is always better together. 🎶🚙❤️ #FamilyAdventures #RoadTripVibes #OffroadLife #MakingMemories”
“Life is a lot like offroading – full of unpredict “Life is a lot like offroading – full of unpredictable obstacles, tough climbs, and moments where you question if you’ll make it through. The key to conquering those tougher trails, both on the road and in life, is taking calculated risks and just keeping forward momentum.

What I love about offroading is how it mirrors life’s challenges. Each obstacle forces you to assess the situation, choose your line, and trust your ability to overcome. The adrenaline of the unknown, the complexity of every decision, and the need to stay calm in chaos teach you something valuable: panic doesn’t solve problems, but focus and persistence do.

When everyone else seems to be in a rush or losing their way, I find peace in slowing down and freezing my own time, even in the hardest moments. That clarity, that calmness—it’s where purpose begins to reveal itself. It’s in these moments that you realize the hard truth: happiness isn’t something you stumble upon; it’s something you build by embracing the challenges, staying present, and keeping your eyes on the bigger picture.

So, let life throw its toughest trails at you. Take the time to assess, take the risk to climb, and savor the journey as much as the destination. Because in the end, it’s not about the trail you’re on—it’s about who you become while conquering it. #OffroadLife #StayCalm #FindYourPurpose #LifeLessonsOnTheTrail #KeepMovingForward”

“Sometimes, we get so caught up chasing tomorrow t “Sometimes, we get so caught up chasing tomorrow that we forget to fully live today. Life isn’t a race to the next milestone—it’s about the little moments we often overlook.

Slowing down allows us to truly see what’s around us: the laughter of our kids, the warmth of our partner’s smile, the beauty of a sunset we’d otherwise rush past. These are the moments that make life meaningful.

Take a breath. Pause the grind. Live the moment you’re in, because tomorrow will come, but today won’t come back. #LiveInTheMoment #SlowDown #CherishToday #GratefulHeart”
“It’s so easy to get caught up in the daily grind “It’s so easy to get caught up in the daily grind – meeting quotas, paying bills, and chasing deadlines. And in the process, we sometimes lose sight of the why behind it all: our families, our dreams, and the moments that truly matter.

@mitchika08 and I make it a point to cherish the time we have together. Every January, in our wedding anniversary, we go out to reconnect, celebrate, and reflect. But it’s more than just a date – it’s also a time to recalibrate. We sit down and talk about the big goals we want to achieve, laying out the steps to move one step closer to the life we envision. These meetings are just as important as the laughter we share because they keep us aligned and focused.

What most people see are the smiles, the travels, and the moments of joy we share. But behind the scenes, there’s a lot of hard work, late nights, struggles, and even disappointments. We don’t shy away from the grind – we embrace it, laugh through the setbacks, and push forward. The life we’re living now, the adventures we enjoy, didn’t come easy. They came from years of effort, sacrifice, and relentless determination.

I’m sharing this to remind you that your dream life is possible. It won’t happen overnight, and it won’t be without challenges, but if you keep moving forward, stay focused on your goals, and never quit, you’ll get there. Work hard for your dream – not someone else’s. Along the way, don’t forget to pause, recalibrate, and cherish the people who matter most.

Because in the end, it’s not just about achieving the dream; it’s about who you become and the memories you create along the way. Keep going, and don’t stop until your vision becomes your reality. #DreamBig #WorkHard #NeverQuit #FamilyFirst #InspireAndAchieve”
Just breathe…. Just breathe….
“Don’t be too hard on yourself. Sometimes, the bes “Don’t be too hard on yourself. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is pause, take a breath, and give yourself the grace to rest. Life isn’t a race; it’s a journey, and taking time to recharge is just as important as pushing forward.

Rest allows you to reflect on how far you’ve come, refocus on where you want to go, and rebuild the energy to get there. Remember, progress doesn’t disappear just because you take a moment to pause.

So today, take it easy. Appreciate the little things, be kind to yourself, and trust that tomorrow brings new opportunities. You’re doing better than you think, and every step forward—no matter how small—counts. #TakeItEasy #RestAndRecharge #SelfCareJourney #ProgressNotPerfection”
Mountains can slow down the time… Mountains can slow down the time…
“The long way is the shortcut – that’s a lesson of “The long way is the shortcut – that’s a lesson offroading, family, and life have taught me over and over. There are no real shortcuts to the things that matter most. Whether it’s conquering a tough trail, building meaningful relationships, or pursuing what makes you truly happy, the journey is where the magic happens.

In offroading, taking the ‘easy’ line might get you through faster, but it won’t give you the satisfaction of overcoming a challenge. It’s the same in life – when you face obstacles, quitting guarantees you’ll never reach the top. But when you try, you give yourself a chance, even if it’s just 50%. And sometimes, that chance is all you need to win.

Spending time with my family, whether it’s tackling trails, sharing stories around the campfire, or just soaking in the quiet moments, reminds me why I do what I do. Life is not about rushing to the destination; it’s about savoring the journey and the people you share it with. These adventures teach my kids resilience, patience, and the joy of chasing what truly makes them happy.

So here’s my challenge to you: take the long way. Face the hard trails, take the risks, and never stop chasing the things that light up your soul. Because when you look back, it won’t be the shortcuts you remember – it’ll be the stories of how you got there, the laughs you shared, and the victories you earned.

Here’s to the long way, the right way, and the journey worth taking. #OffroadLife #FamilyAdventures #ChaseHappiness #LifeLessonsOnTheTrail #NeverQuit”
